Brown Fused Alumina(BFA), known as Brown fused aluminum oxide, is produced through an electric arc furnace process. Brown fused aluminum oxide is both a hard (Mohs hardness 9) and tough material with high strength, making it an excellent abrasive grain raw material for applications such as blast media, sandpaper, grinding wheels and abrasive discs, rolls, belts and pads. Its thermal properties make it an excellent raw material for refractory applications, as well.  

Raw Material:

It's made of bauxite coke,smelting with high temperature in electric-arc furnace.

Produce Processing:

Raw material sorting→electrolysis smelting→crushing→magnetic separation & deironing→screening→physical & chemical inspection→ packaging→storage

Characteristics of white fused alumina

High hardness,high crystallinity,good linear flow performance,weak adherence,no explosion while using,no cracking,no pulverizing,abrasive product with dark blue color after burning,no net cracks,no rust.
